mama called from the office this morning saying that PAK ASAN is joining us for iftar and he'll probably be staying for the night. PAK ASAN is MAMA's BROTHER who lives in kuching. EVERYBODY from my mum's side stays in KUCHING except for our family and my aunt who lives in KL. whenever PAK ASAN's in town, its either we go and visit him at the hotel or he'll come to the house.
SOOO, mama called to ask me to rebus tulang with some crushed ginger ang garlic and throw in some herbs so by the time she gets back, the meat will be soft and tender.. i don't know how much herbs to throw in, so i just follow my firasat laaa..
now and then, i'll check the sup tulang takut-takutla air kering.. hikhik... oh2! gotta check my sup tulang!!
DEAR ALLAH ALMIGHTY, please don't let my soup do any harm to those who'll eat it today.. AMIIIINN.. ^^
