TOODLES 2012, ASSALAMUALAIKUM 2013!!

 just read amy's latest entry and my jari jemari are all ngiluk... :'(

its the last day of 2012 means its syed zahiruddin's birthday! or how i always call him: DEKBONG (short for aDEK BONGsu) 

HAPPY BIRTHDAY DEKBONG!!

2012 is another normal average year, like any other year...

but with a little extra flavors from the spices i found along my journey.. i managed to enjoy every bit of it.

despite the Mayans prediction of doomsday, the earth is still sphere alhamdulillah..

lets go down the 2012 memory lane shall we?

managed to make it thorugh my first semester in UNIMAS 3.74 (alhamdulillah..)!!

celebrating birthday with taylor lautner!!

met nohfee for the first time, she's a friend who i knew from an mrsm community network

rented my first room with amy

got my first blackberry smartphone!! which turned out to have a dumb battery.. bummer.

started to wear my hijab.. alhamdulillah~~

having juniors

moving to another new house with amy and manis

got my new laptop!

first sprained ankle :(

first family angkat..

first experience staying in a kampung..

made new awesome friends!

not to forget spending more times with my ALL my awesome friends!

been a murder suspect..

kenak saman polis!

bumped into a car while reversing and managed to settle everything on my own wtihout anybody else knowing except for usu, amy ad all you readerss...

managed to spend time with UNIMAS' future engineers.. *wink*

despite all that, i am still single. yes, ALLAH is saving the best for me. :)

like end of 2011, i spent my end of 2012 with foooooooooddddd~~~

ok not the point.

lets hope that i found more flavors to be added into my recipe of life in 2013 WHICH IS TOMORROW!!

DELAYED STORY: BETONG (day 1)

assalamualaikum! this has been delayed for so long. so here goes.

i have always wanted to know how it feels like staying in a kampung.

staying in a rumah kayu, 

listening to sound of nature, 

the smell of fresh air..

well hey! alhamdulillah i was given the opportunity to experience all that during my trip to betong last month. it was a little something something for the kids in kampung hulu + kampung hilir + kampung baru during their school breaks. 

we called it "SCHOOL HOLIDAY ATTACK!"

on our way there, we had some mini accident. 

im not really sure what happened but i guess our bus was scratched my a lorry passing by. 

causing our back window to crack. 

ijat sat near that window so he was a lil bit traumatised my that. poor ijat. 

the look on his face when that happened....

and plus, our tyre was flat too so we had to stop some place that i dont really know the name to change it. hey, guess what i saw??

tadaaaa! piggiesss!! teehee!

i know its kinda rare to find this kinda of things in semenanjung. 

those piggies were grunting when we passed by to go to the toilet. 

anis was like "bunyi apa tu? bunyi apa tu??" 

hahah!

so yeah... because of the unwanted accident, we arrived later than we expected. 

we waited at a school for our family angkat to fetch us there. 

yess.. we have family angkat!! 

i'll tell you guys about them in a different post.. :) 

guess what? mak (my mak angkat) cooked very early knowing that we're gonna be very hungry after the 6-hour journey. 

and they waited for us to eat together. awwww...

A WEEKEND WITH THE FUTURE ENGINEERSSSSSS

hey ho! lets go!

hahah ok that was random..

let me tell you something bout my weekend.

so last friday, mama texted me telling that her flight to kuching is at 1230 hours.

and i was like:

"how come i just know this now????"

ok so she was in kuching for a business trip. some workshop with unimas final year engineering students. *wink*

mama asked me to tag along.

hey, orang lapar jangan disuak ngan k makannn.. hahah!

they stayed at regal court.

i came there on saturday, hantar barang mama.

then mama asked me to stay.

again, orang mengantuk, jangan disorongkan bantal. ahaks!

i sat quietly at the back.

trying to ignore the stares.

and "cuci mata" at the same time.

ahaks!

i saw rajak, nisa's batch-mate back in mrsm, he waved, i waved back.

i saw saiful, my english groupmate, he didnt see me at first, but of course i had to tegur him.

i saw abang snowcap, sitting right in front of me.

i met efa, also my english groupmate, was kinda surpirse cos she wore a hijab back at the campus.

aaaannnnndddd...

of course i had my eyes on one of the engineersss..

ahaks!

so yeah, sat the facilitator table at the back, with one of the fk technician/photographer.

we chat a little and bam! we're friends! i think.

but ummm.. didnt know his name.

i joined them for their assignment presentation, barbecue, karaoke, and the certificate presentation dinner.

wanted to bring amy to the barbecue+karaoke, but mama was afraid that we would have to send amy back home late and the orang rumah will bisin. sorry amy..

oh!

i sat at the VIP table together with their dean and the deputy dean. and of course my mom as well.

i was super duper hungry before, which i actually cried, and mama asked me to wait until the dinner.

yeah righttttt... the food portion was VERYYYY SMALL!!

shoulda sit with the participants for extra food. :(

some of them thought that i too worked for shell. alaaa.. akak ni, kitew 2nd year kat unimas jugax leww..

and i was told my miss ain, FK staff that the deputy dean said that i am beautiful. 

ahaks! malu amewx..

that's all bout my weekend!

COMPUTER GRAPHICS PRESENTATION!

 alhamdulillah i was just done with my computer graphics presentation this morning!

was very extra super ultra nervous 'cause the seniors said dr teh is very strict and garang and all.

but hey, we were chatting bout the computer graphics project thingy macam kat kedai kopi. 

nasib diberik 15 minit jak per group.

 mun sik nang panjang lah loyar saya ngan dr teh tek mun the other gropu sik masuk dolok. 

heheh..

dr teh said he'll give me extra marks 'cause he could see my extra effort in the project.

i argued that ms visual c++ language is harder than devian c++ so he asked me to prove it.

turned out my argument wasnt valid but he praised me for the effort.

anywhooooo...

DELAYED STORY: SPRAINED ANKLE

assalamualaikum!

i owe you a lot of stories didn't i?

so sorry for that. 

well i am kinda free so i'm gonna tell you my painful experience of spraining my ankle 

which happened 3 weeks ago.

hannah was in kuching that week so we decided to hang out along with syaza:

had dinner then ronda-ronda d waterfront.

while having dinner at Java Juice, syaza and hannah was convincing me not to come to class the next day. heh saya tok jangan diajak  polah kerja kedak yaa.. 

memang lah maokk.. 

hahah!

so we were brainstorming sampe lah ke waterfront. 

so di waterfront tek we took some photos, met syaza's friends and bla bla bla.. 

before heading back to our car, i wanted to enjoy the buskers. well, actually i saw the checkered shirt guy busker there.. ahak! but syaza and hannah tek malu nak duduk ngadap cdak. 

maka we went back.

haaa... thaht's when it happened. 

was about to cross the road heading to our car. 

holding hannah's hand 'cause the cars were super fast! 

took my first step and prakkk! 

my foot boleh pulak terpleot! 

whoooa! the pain i tell youuuu whooooaaaaa!! 

i kept telling them that i wanna cry 'cause it was damn painful. 

then i saw my foot, it was as big as the elephant's foot! 

syaza had to ran to get the car sebab nya padah nya takut sorang-sorang. 

well that hilton area was a bit scary considering the drunkards.

well i dont know lah syaza takut orang ka bukan orang.. 

heheh.. 

hannah helped me to walk slowly to the car.

i was kinda relief and happy at the same time that i didn't have to lie 

so that i didn't have to come to class the next day.

 i already have the reason.. 

heheh..

BUUUUTTTTTT....

NOOOOO... 

i still have to come to class.

dengan kaki besar gajah saya pun datang jwak ke kelas. 

people was asking me what happened so i had to tell the story banyak kali. e

verytime i bercerita i was crying.. 

jaik ati dikpun oii.. 

hahah.. 

mr hafizan called me i-robot for the day. 

oh, and that's the only day people see me walking in a slow pace. 

'cause people say i walked very fast as what grace said:

"kau eh, dari sekolah dolok jalan lajuu.. sik penah berubahh.. bilalah la urang laki nak pewiit pewiit??"

haihh.. mun urang laki nak pewiit pewiit harus kepong lah sayaaa... hahah!

aehh.. panajng indah cerita.. heheh..

oh! and that same week i was about to go to betong. i'll get to you bout that later. toodles!

P/S: my foot is till hurting til today. so tonite yok and i gonna see the reflexologist to get it right. :)

PIJA AND ME!

i have a friend named pija. 

she transferred to UTHM for an engineering course this semester. 

i only met her last semester but it was like knowing her for like ever..

well she bbm-ed me asking for help bcos she's gonna have an english test at 8. 

we chatted for a while then she said she met some one who is exactly just like me. 

i dont know how she looked like but this is how pija described her (which she claimed like me):

- cantek and sweet (ahaks!)

- peramah

- mun kelakar nang tauk sora nya jak dengar

i asked her again bout the last part. nanglah aku tek kelakar nyerin???

pija said yes. nang mun nak becerita ya nang sora saya jak. tetak jak dah sekian. kakya mun tetak nang perey. nyaman jak bunyi.

""kitak jenis excited mun kelakar, mesti pipi nait ke atas.."

THE QUESTION IS: YAAA KAAAA??

OKAAAAYYYYYY.... masuk bakul angkat sendiri... ahaks!
