UH-HUH.
RECIPE..
i learned it from my MAMA of course.. *double jerk eyebrows*
well, the dish doesnt really have a name, so i named it MAMA'S OISHII BEEF DISH cos its SUPER DUPER EXTRA DELICIOUS!! (oishii = delicious in japanese)
*wink*
OK. here's what u need:
- garlic
- ginger
- onion
- any kind of soy sauce
- green bell pepper
- BEEF
- oyster sauce
- parsley
- spring onion
- mushrooms
EASY STEPS!
- heat up the oil in the wok.
- tumis garlic, ginger and onion. (until its golden brown)
- put in the beef.
- when the beef changes colour, (from red to cooked-meat colour) add in oyster sauce.
- then just add in ALL KINDS of soy sauce you have in your kitchen. (im serious.. ALL KINDS)
- KALAU terkurang masin, just add in A PINCH of salt.. usually tak lah cos the soy sauce already masin kan..
- SHAKE IT UP.
- final touch: green bell peppers(diced), mushroom (sliced) , parsley and spring onion (chopped).
