there was a road block,

and the officer gantung my license because i didn't put my 'Paloi' sticker on.

and i begged the officer not to because my P license is almost expired and i dont wanna risk  it. 

i even bribed him. LOL!

then he kesian with me so he decided to give me a test in which if i pass, i get my license back.

even though my license is not 'Paloi' anymore, i'm still a noob.

afternoon nap was never my thing. but this week, it's like a routine.

why?

i guess im still tired from last week's volunteering program.

dont get me wrong. im not complaining.

as tired as i was/am, i enjoyed every second of it.

everything was A-W-E-S-O-M-E

i hope it wont get basi by the time the mood to write about it has come.

let me put all my worries behind first.

i just wanna relax and pamper myself with LORD OF THE RING MARATHON!

p/s: back in matriculation, my classmates, ginny, rachel and natasha called me and my friends, roza, parina and munirah "THE HOBBITS OF THE FELLOWSHIP OF THE RING". why? yes. because we were that short. oops! correction: FUN-SIZED. guess who is who? ngehehe~

GANBARIMASU!

i used to get sick every time an exam is around the corner, be it a major or minor exams.

"fatin, kau sik demam kah? nak exam dah tok.."

is always the question they asked me back in high school.

i had it diagnosed. the doctor said i had mild anxiety. more like exam-phobia.

apparently most of haji jamail@yusuf family have exam-phobia.

vomit before exams, fainted in the exam hall, headache, stomachache, name it all. i guess its in the gene? i dont even know if the DNA carries any of these genes. LOL

i used to buy all those junkies and munchies to accompany me while studying.

i'll stocked my cupboard with all my favourite junkies so i could stay awake and study.

and i always gain weight right after my exams.

it stopped for a while when i entered UNIMAS.

but now everything is coming back to me.

i just recovered from fever+flu+soar throat last weekend.

and now, i cannot stop munching.

luckily nek ni bought some fruits so i could munch healthily.

for now.

usu bought me mcdonald's apple pie and she said i must eat it.

"usu meli apple pie k kitak tek. mun sik makan JAGA."

just as i was about to lose some weight........

not to mention great food over the weekend.

hmmmmmmmmmm...

p/s: i lost 3 kilos ok! but with this eating habit. i'll definitely regain those 3 kilos. sobsssssss

OF BEING SICK AND GROUP PROJECT

when your final exam's getting nearer, 

that's the cue for mr flu and mr soar throat to come over and ruin your life.

at the same time you need to settle a group project on programming,

which at first you need to ask permission from your group member to sleep early,

because you were so tired and your head is just to heavy 

and not to forget the extra body heat you produced,

thinking that you might change into a werewolf and meet your soulmate.

then the next day you were still sneezing and coughing

and your saliva just wont tolerate and you have to constantly spit it out

then you bought a whole plastic bag of strawberry and grape fruitplus

because it feels good when you can taste sour when your tastebuds just wont tolerate either.

you still continue with the source codes for your project

figuring out how to convert images into numerical value

because of course the computer can only read 10011101101

when you figured everything out and converted everything,

you asked your group members to do the simplest things,

to run everything in the tool provided in the software.

which you've guided earlier and unfortunately they seem to encounter problems.

then they called you in the middle of the night

but you just couldnt answer it

because well your body produced more heat than the day before,

and you had to lay down covering yourself up with a blanket,

releasing all the heat from the inside.

then your mama applied vapour rub on your back but no soft kitty song from her.

but instead your friend voice chatted you and sang you soft kitty.

then you just sleep like a log til morning.

you had to wake up early 

because you have to attend the last class of the semester 

which seems to be very important.

you woke up to a text asking why didnt you answer the call

which sounded more like they were pissed.

which made you think:

"am i the one at fault for not answering the call? to leave everything out to them? i mean the task given was very simple. i could do it myself but of course its a group project and everyone must contribute to it."

well if its really my fault then sorry. i didnt mean to leave out everything to you guys. i guess i shouldnt use the "im sick and i had to sleep early and its up to you guys to stay up late and finish everything " reason. but in my defense, i left the simplest task to you guys to settle. i didnt expect you guys to stay up doing it. i did most of the complicated ones. again, i could have done everything and let you guys see the outcome but that wouldnt be fair and i know you guys wont like that too. but im not complaining. just frustrated. but again. 

IM VERY VERY VERY SORRY.

TODO PARA LA FAMILIA (everything for the family)

nothing beats a weekend spent with le familia.

we ate good food,

we laughed at each other's jokes NON-STOP,

we made fun of each other,

we slept over,

we planned something for the birthday of our BEST AUNT without her knowing because she doesnt really like surprises,

we gathered again the next day,

we brought food over for breakfast,

we ate good food again,

we laughed again,

we cooked lunch together,

we ate good food again,

we laughed again,

we watched Fast & Furious 6, occupying two full rows of the cinema hall,

we ate good food again,

we laughed again,

and in the end,

everyone had a really good time.

it would be more fun if everyone could gather,

which is kinda impossible nowadays because everyone have commitments and/or they are away from home.

cant wait for the Jakarta trip next year!

CHEF AT HOME

just came back from having dinner with amy.

THE BEST I HAD SINCE THE LAST BEST DINNER I HAD!

you see, im not that typical malaysian who by all means must consume rice at least once a day or else they get headache etc.

i can go on without rice for dayssssss..

heheh..

when it comes to western food, i would prefer Italian.

pasta, lasagna, pizza..

i dont know why but i just dig them..

so amy took me to this one restaurant which she claimed to be called : 

Home Cook Chef.

but as we arrived, i asked her again what it was called because the sign clearly said:

Chef At Home

amy and and her confidence. hahah

it was our first time there. amy said the last time she went, it was pack with people.

well it was but we managed to find a table.

so i ordered CHEESY LINGUINE CARBONARA

yessssss..

the cheese attracted me..

i seriously dont know how to describe the taste but it was definitely

cheeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeesyyyyyy

and

creeeeeeeeeeaaaaaaamyyyyyyyyyy

and the combination of these two is just so

yummmmmmmmyyyyyyyyyyyyyy

the other food was super awesome.

amy ordered tepanyaki beef with rice and it was not bad.

i love the fact that they serve a very small portion of rice.

i wanted to take a photo of my meal but i suck at taking photos and even if i did take it, it wont look as appetizing as it tastes.

so i urge you people to go there.

you HAVE to eat there!

and so we went to pustaka negeri along with munirah..

as syaza was studying, and i was preparing for my presentation, munirah just stare at her laptop not sure what he was doing..

so i gave her my broadband modem.

ohh  you should have seen the look on her face.

then she only started doing her eye cataract assignment..

in which i ended up explaining to her about the anatomy of human's eye.

how on earth are we supposed to put our life in the hands of this future nurse?!

munirah, i hope you know what you're doing to your patients.

OH GOD..

we had a pretty late lunch at Pizza Hut because we had coupons and munirah just dig discounts.

especially on food.

hmmmmm..

we were arguing on what to order because munirah being herself refused to pay extra on add ons if she wasnt the one who ordered it.

LIKE.WE.CARE.

the waitress couldnt help but to laugh.

she wasnt the first one i tell you.

this happened all the time.
